摘  要:目的 本研究分别对Au50 Ag2 7 Cu14 X多元贵金属合金 (BS 1金合金 )、Ag In合金 (BS 1银合金 )的铸流率进行研究测试 ,从而了解包埋料和铸造方法对 2种合金的铸流率和铸造边缘完整性的影响。方法 采用网状试件 ,测试合金的铸流率 (Cv)值 ,比较 2种包埋料 (F 1和Z 1包埋料 )和 2种铸造方法 (中频离心铸造和空气 -煤气离心铸造 )分别对 2种合金铸流率的影响。另外 ,采用帽状试件判断合金铸造边缘完整性。结果 网状试件铸造结果显示 ,F 1和Z 1包埋料对BS 1银合金的铸流率的影响在统计学上无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,其Cv值均大于 95 % ,2种铸造方法对其铸流率也无显著性影响 (P >0 0 5 )。帽状试件结果显示 ,BS 1金合金和BS 1银合金的边缘较圆钝。结论 BS 1金合金和BS 1银合金具有较高的铸流率 ,且不受 2种包埋料 (F 1和Z 1包埋料 )和 2种铸造方法 (中频离心铸造和空气 煤气离心铸造 )Objective The castabiliy of one low gold content dental noble alloy and one silver indium alloy was tested and compared.It was evaluaed whether various investments or casting methods would affect the castability of the two kinds of alloys.Methods The castability of each alloy was determined by the ability of the alloy to cast a mesh pattern made from polypropylene sieve resin.After being invested and cast,the pattern casting was then examined to determine the total number of filament segments that was successfully cast.Then,the castability value of the alloys(Cv) was obtained. Then,two investments(F-1 and Z-1 investments) and two casting methods(gas-air torch and medium-frequency-induced centrifugal casting methods)were used.Statistically significant difference was calculated.In addition,a coping casting accuracy test was taken,using F-1 investment and middle-induced centrifugal casting method.The marginal completement of the coping casting was examined indirectly to decide the castability of the two casting alloys.Results The castablity of the two alloys had no significant difference(Cv > 95%, P >0.05).And also,various investments and casting methods had no significant influence on the castability of the two alloys.However,the coping pattern result showed that the marginal completement was excellent but its fitness was relatively good.Conclusion BS-1 low-gold dental casting alloy and silver-indium alloy had excellent castability.
