摘　　要：结合运用相关理论,构建组织支持对BIM技术持续使用的影响机制模型,并进行实证研究。结果表明:组织的工具性支持与情感性支持,显著且正面影响了建筑业员工对BIM的有用性感知、满意度和持续使用意向;员工的个体习惯,对BIM技术持续使用意向和持续使用行为之间起负向的调节作用。Combined with the relevant theory, this paper builds the effect mechanism model of organizational support on continuance usage of BIM technology, and makes an empirical study based on structural equation method. The results indicate that the instrumental support and emotional support of organization affect the useful erogenous, satisfaction and continued use of intention for staffs of construction industry for BIM significantly and positively; staffs＇ individual habits play a significant role of regulation between the intent and the behavior of continuance usage of BIM technology, and the effect is a negative direction.
