摘　　要：资源整合一直是创业领域的热点话题,已经引起国内外较多学者的关注。本研究聚焦于国内外有关资源整合的最新研究进展,在梳理资源整合相关研究基础上,对资源整合研究趋势、资源整合概念内涵、资源整合影响因素、资源整合结果变量及资源整合的情境变量进行了系统总结,最后针对当前研究的不足构建了未来研究的框架,并展望未来研究方向,以期为学者探求资源整合的新研究方向提供思路。Resource combination has been a hot topic in entrepreneurship field and has at- tracted attention from more and more scholars at home and abroad.Based on the latest re- search progress and a literature review of resource combination, this paper systematically summarizes the research trend, concept, influencing factors, outcome variables and contextual variables of resource combination. Finally, this paper builds a future research framework of resource combination according to the limitations of current research and points out future research directions in order to bring out some new ideas for researchers in future.
