摘　　要：在调查公路养护从业人员的基本情况和对该专业人才需求的前提下,分析和研究了公路养护施工与管理专业的课程体系,并将该专业划分为"公路养护管理""公路现场检测""公路养护技术"3大岗位群。具体划分了工作任务,将其详细划分为11个典型工作任务,并针对不同的工作任务提出了不同的能力要求。On the basic situation of the survey of highway maintenance practitioners and under the premise of the demand for professional talents, we analyze and Study on the highway construction and maintenance management professional curriculum system and the professional division for ＂highway maintenance management＂ ＂road scene detection＂ ＂highway maintenance technology＂ 3 big job groups. In this paper, the task is divided into 11 typical tasks, and the ability of different tasks is put forward.
