单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的临床分析

摘　　要：目的对单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的临床特点及治疗效果予以探讨。方法随机选取我院2013年1月至2014年12月间收治的单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者60例,将其随机均分为两组,分别作为对照组与观察组,对对照组患者应用西医治疗方案开展治疗,对观察组患者应用中西医结合的方案开展治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果对照组与观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率分别为:73.33%、96.67%,二者之间的差异具有明显的差异,且P<0.05;两组患者在开展治疗的过程中都没有出现明显的不良反应。结论在单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者的临床治疗过程中,针对患者的实际特点,为患者应用中西医结合的方案开展治疗,具有良好的临床治疗效果,值得在临床应用中推广。Objective：To investigate the clinical characteristics and give treatment of herpes simplex virus keratitis.
