手术治疗中间葡萄膜炎并发白内障的临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析研究手术治疗中间葡萄膜炎并发白内障的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的12例共20眼中间葡萄膜炎并发白内障患者,采用现代白内障囊外摘除与小切口加人工晶体植入手术进行患者病症治疗,并观察分析患者的手术治疗效果。结果在对于患者接受手术治疗一个月随访调查中显示,16只眼术后矫正视力在0.5以上,约占比率为80%,并且在术后3至12个月的随访调查中显示所有患者视力基本稳定。结论手术治疗中间葡萄膜炎并发白内障效果显著,并且患者术后视力较为稳定,值得临床推广与借鉴应用。Objective： Analyze and research clinical effects of uveitis complicated by cataract during operation treatment. Method： choose 12 cases and 20 eyes of patients with uveitis complicated by cataract received by our hospital, and treat them with modem extracapsular cataract extraction with posterior chamber tntraocular lens implantation, and observe treatment effects of patients. Result： investigation during a month after operation for patients showed corrected visual acuity of 16 eyes after operation is above 0.5, which takes proportion of 80%, and investigation during 3 to 12 months after operation showed that patient＇ s eyesight is basically stable. Conclusion： Operation treating uveitis complicated by cataract shows remarkable effects ,and patients＇ eyesight is stable after operation, which is worth of being spreaded and reference application.
