外科护士手卫生依从性的调查分析

摘　　要：目的探讨外科护士手卫生依从性。方法应用自行设计的手卫生依从性调查问卷,对我院外科10个临床科室的89名护士进行调查。结果掌握标准预防措施80人(84.27%),掌握洗手指征78人(87.64%),掌握正确洗手法70人(占78.65%);外科护士手卫生的影响因素为设施因素、手卫生错误认识、工作因素、管理因素。结论了解外科护士手卫生依从性的影响因素,提高外科护士手卫生的认识,为医院感染管理决策提供依据,有利于促进临床护士手卫生依从性的执行。Objective To discuss the compliance of hand hygiene in surgical nurses.Methods Including 89 nurses in 10 surgical departments in the study and using the hand hygiene compliance survey.Results There were 80 nurses (84.27%) who master the standard Preventive measures, and 78 nurses (87.64%) master the time of washing hands, and 70 nurses master the right ways of hand hygiene. The influence factors of hand hygiene compliance include hand hygiene facilities, false understanding, work factors and management factors.Conclusions Understanding the influence factors of hand hygiene compliance in surgical nurses is benefit for the promoting of the compliance in nurses.
