平板数字胃肠下阑尾钡餐造影结合追踪复查对慢性阑尾炎的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨平板数字胃肠下阑尾钡餐造影结合追踪复查对慢性阑尾炎的诊断意义。方法回顾性分析125例经手术病理证实慢性阑尾炎患者的阑尾钡餐造影和追踪复查改变,进行分类汇总。结果阑尾轮廓毛糙、不规则35例;阑尾粗大、腔内充盈缺损30例;阑尾管腔狭窄13例;阑尾闭塞呈截断、残桩改变20例;阑尾分节改变14例;阑尾扭曲、僵硬13例;阑尾排空功能:正常24例,排空延迟101例。结论平板数字胃肠具有图像清晰和放大采集的功能,容易显示阑尾的形态异常;阑尾钡餐造影结合追踪复,是形态与功能兼备诊断慢性阑尾炎重要方法。Objective： To investigate the diagnostic significance of flat-panel digital gastrointestinal barium meal combined with appendectomy under follow-up of chronic appendicitis.Methods：Retrospective analysis of 125 cases of pathologically confirmed changes in patients with chronic appendicitis and appendiceal barium meal and follow-up, were gathered and classified. Results： 35 cases of appendiceal contour coarse and irregular; appendix bulky, intraluminal filling defect in 30 cases; appendiceal lumen stenosis in 13 cases; appendix occlusion was truncated, stump change in 20 cases; appendix sections change in 14 cases; tor-sion of appendix, 13 cases of stiff; emptying function of appendix： 24 cases of normal, emptying delay late 101 cases.Conclusion：Flat panel digital gastrointestinal with clear image and enlarge the acquisition function, easy to display the abnormal shape of the appendix; appendix barium meal combined with tracking complex, is the important method of chronic appendicitis diagnosis of both form and function.
