结肠运输试验及排粪造影对便秘的诊断研究

摘　　要：目的探讨分析结肠运输试验及排粪造影对便秘的诊断价值。方法对我院收治的230例便秘患者分别进行结肠运输试验和排粪造影诊断,观察两种方法诊断结果。结果结肠运输试验正常16例,传输异常214例,其中,58例为单纯结肠型,102例为结肠直肠混合型,54例为乙直肠型;排粪造影显示直肠前突91例,直肠粘膜内脱垂74例,会阴下降综合症28例,盆底痉挛综合征27例,直肠内套叠10例。结论结肠运输试验可评价结肠的运输功能、判断运输障碍的部位,为慢传输型便秘提供了有力的诊断依据;排粪造影是诊断出口梗阻型便秘的主要方法;结肠运输试验联合排粪造影,更容易明确便秘的病因,帮助临床制定有效的治疗方案。Objective： Analysis on the value of colonic transit test and defecography in diagnosis of constipation.Methods：Admitted to our hospital were 230 cases of patients with constipation were colonic transit test and defecography in diagnosis, ob-servation of two methods of diagnosis results.Results： Colonic transit test was normal in 16 cases, 214 cases of abnormal trans-mission. Among them, 58 cases of simple colonic type, 102 patients with colorectal mixed, 54 cases of rectal B type; defecography display in 91 cases of rectocele, rectal mucosal prolapse in 74 cases, descending perineum syndrome in 28 cases, Spastic Pelvic Floor Syndrome of 27 cases, rectum in sets of stacked 10 cases.Conclusion：Colonic transit test can be used to assess colonic transpor-tation function, judge barrier to the transport site, provides a powerful basis for slow transit constipation diagnosis; defecography is the main method for the diagnosis of outlet obstruction constipation; colonic transit test combined with defecography, easier to clear the cause of constipation to help clinical treatment plan effective.
