摘 要:目的:面向保健品配方剂量配比设计的应用需求,建立一种基于方剂药性特征的保健品配比设计方法。方法:以石斛、党参降糖作用为例,以临床有效方剂药性特征为参考模板,通过计算不同配比的石斛、党参方剂药性特征与经典方剂药性特征的欧氏距离,确定保健品方剂中各药味的配比。结果:建立了消渴方剂的药性特征数据库,并根据消渴方剂的药性特征采用优化算法,选择与经典方剂玉液汤欧氏距离最近的保健品配比方案,从而确定保健品方剂中党参、石斛的相对配比。结论:该方法所设计的保健品配方符合中医原理,其作用与对应方剂的作用相近,所设计的保健品功能明确,能在一定程度上找到保健品配方设计中的剂量配比的近似值,有利于提高保健品的开发效率。Objective: To establish a design method of health care product proportion based on the nature characteristics of prescriptions in order to meet the requirements of dosage proportion design of health care product formulas. Method: Taking the hypoglycemic effect of dendrobium and tangshen as an example and taking medicinal characteristics of clinical effective prescriptions as a reference template, to confirm the proportion of each herb in health care product formulas by calculating the Euclidean distance between medicinal characteristics of prescriptions with different ratio of dendrobium and tangshen and medicinal characteristics of classical prescriptions. Results: The medicinal characteristics databases of prescriptions used in treatment of diabetes was established, and the proportion of dendrobium and tangshen in health care product formulas was also confirmed by using optimization algorithm according to the medicinal characteristics of prescriptions used in treatment of diabetes and selecting the ratio solution of health care products with the shortest Euclidean distance from Yuye decoction. Conclusion: The ratio solution of health care products designed by using this method is in line with the principle of traditional Chinese medicine, and its functions are explicit and similar to the corresponding prescriptions. The approximate value of components proportion in health care products could be find out to some extent, which is beneficial to improve the development efficiency of health care products.
