摘 要:目的通过研究污泥生物干化中微生物群落结构变化的影响因素,为生物干化提供运行指导.方法建立生物干化反应器,同时每隔一定时间取样,测定细菌数、真菌数、放线菌数及嗜热微生物数,并计算总微生物数.结果研究结果表明,间歇通风能够提供更充足的氧气,同时保证生物堆体的温度,加快微生物群落结构变化,使主体的菌群从嗜温微生物菌群快速转变为嗜热微生物菌群.当污泥和秸秆物料配比为3∶1时(初始含水率在65%),微生物群落能在最短时间达到嗜热微生物所占比例最大.同时温度也是影响微生物群落结构变化的主导因素之一.结论随着生物干化过程中温度的变化,引起微生物群落结构的主体菌群从嗜温微生物菌群转变为嗜热微生物菌群.与物料配比、通风方式、温度的影响相比,p H值的变化对微生物群落影响不大.To provide some instructions for operating biological sludge drying, this paper studied affecting factors on microbial community structure change. A drying bioreactor was built to make samples at regular intervals. Numbers of bacteria, fungi, actinomycetes and thermophilic microor- ganisms were measured and the total number of microorganisms was calculated. It is found that use of interval ventilation can keep the temperature of the pile body, and speed up change of the micro- bial community structure. The main microbial community quickly change from the thermophilic microbial flora into the thermophilic microbial. When the proportion of sewage sludge and straw material is 3: 1 ( i. e. the initial moisture content in 65 % ), the ratio of thermophilic microorganismscan reach the largest value in a short time. Conclusion is that temperature is one of the dominant affecting factors on the microbial community structure change. With the change of temperature in the process of drying, the main microbes changes from the therrnophilic microbial flora into the thermophilic microbial. In comparison with effects of material ratio, air flow and temperature, change of the PH value has a little effect on microbial communities.
