基于就业导向的高职体育教学改革研究

摘　　要：高职教育是高等教育,但与本科的高等教育有一定区别,高职教育主要是培养学生的动手能力,适应社会需求。现在各个高职院校教学模式都在进行改革,改革的目标就是以企业需求为标准,培养企业需要的高级人才。体育教学是高职教育的一部分。提出基于就业为导向的高职体育教学改革研究,从高职院校学生特点、高职院校体育教学的不足、基于就业为导向的高职体育教育改革的重要性、基于就业为导向的高职体育教育改革的重要性这几方面进行阐述,希望能为高职院校体育教育改革提供理论参考。Higher vocational education is a kind of higher education, but there are some differences between higher vocational education and higher undergraduate education. Higher vocational education is the cultivation of the practical ability of students, and to meet the needs of society. At present, the teaching mode of the higher vocational colleges needs to be reformed. The objective of the reform is to meet the demand of the enterprise and cultivate senior personnel needed by enterprises. Sports teaching is a part of higher vocational education. This paper puts forward the teaching reform of higher vocational physical education based on employment orientation, elaborates the characteristics of students in higher vocational colleges, PE teaching problems in higher vocational colleges, the importance based on employment oriented vocational education reform, the importance of vocational education reform with the hope to provide a theoretical reference for the reform of physical education in higher vocational colleges.
