摘　　要：马来西亚的"新经济模式"改革试图通过对大环境的实质性改进来谋求投资环境的根本改善,以使利用外资同改革和长期发展过程更紧密地结合起来,从而为外国投资资本塑造了一个投资的"理想空间"。本文结合马来西亚新经济模式对外资的一系列开放、鼓励政策和促进措施,提出我国企业对马来西亚进行直接投资的产业选择的策略建议。Malaysia＇s ＂New Economic Model＂ formulates implements a series of unprecedented ibreign investment preferential policies which provides a rich opportunity for the enterprises of China. Based on Malaysia＇s openness to foreign capital enterprise, finance and tax incentives, and the promoting measures, the essay analyzes Malaysia＇s investment environment, and put forward direct investment strategy advice of four types of industry for enterprise of China which is significant to deepen the cooperation of CAFTA.
