摘  要:通过利用优化进气系统声学性能方法来改善涡轮增压发动机车型的泄压噪声问题。首先,测量进气口处的泄压噪声并进行频谱分析,确定进气系统需要优化的频率段,然后对进气系统进行优化设计,利用测量声压级差的方法来评估其声学性能。最终的实车测试结果表明,通过对进气系统的声学优化设计可以有效的改善泄压噪声,提高整车的NVH性能。This paper is mainly discussing the optimization of acoustic performance of intake system to improve the chuff noise of turbocharged vehicle. First, the ehuff noise data of orifice is meas- ured by field test and the optimized frequency can be generated by spectrums analysis. Then the intake system is optimized by designing different resonators. Acoustic performance is evaluated by measuring sound pressure level difference. The field test results show that the optimization design of air intake system can obviously improve the chuff noise, and the vehicle NVH performance is promoted as well.
