摘 要:伴随物流业的发展,物流配送中心的作用日益凸显。为使企业产品的流通方式更加合理,为企业未来的快速发展奠定良好的基础,通过对案例企业当前的选址及其流通方式进行定性分析,从定量的角度建立3种选址数学模型。首先利用交叉中值选址模型获得候选点,再利用精确重心法模型缩小候选范围,最后通过对各种因素的综合比较,利用层次分析法求得配送中心的最优位置。结合案例企业的实验数据,验证该种选址方法的有效性和实用性。利用多种方法相结合的方式进行选址问题的研究,可以更好地将各种方法的优势展现出来,合理的选址不但可以降低物流总成本,在一定程度上还能提高产品的配送效率。With the development of the logistics industry, the role of the logistics distribution centers becomes increasingly prom- inent. In order to make the circulation mode of enterprise products more reasonable, and lay a good foundation for the rapid develop- ment of enterprises in the future, the qualitative analysis is conducted on the existing distribution ways of a company, and three kinds of mathematical model about site selection are established from the quantitative perspective. Firstly, the cross median location model is used to get the candidate points, then the precise gravity method is adopted to narrow the candidate range, finally by comparing the comprehensive factors the hierarchical analysis method is used to get the optimal position. According to the testing data from the case enterprise, the effectiveness and practicability of this approach is verified. The application of combining many approaches in the loca- tion of the distribution center can effectively show the advantages of each method. The reasonable location can not only reduce the total logistics cost, but also improve the efficiency of product delivery to a certain extent.
