摘　　要：食品安全中的冷链物流是指在食品从供应商运输到消费者的整个过程,食品冷链物流中的协同包括战略层协同、战术层协同和操作层协同三个层次。以战略层协同体系为核心论述食品物流的基本特征,从组织结构、物流资源和信息交流等不同角度来分析战略层协同体系,并提出构建完善高效的战略层协同体系的有效措施。In this paper, we elaborated the basic features of food logistics by taking the coordinated system at the strategic layer as the core. Then we analyzed the coordinated system from angles of the organization structure, the logistics resources and the information exchange.In the end, we proposed effective measures to establish an impeccable and efficient coordinated system.
