摘　　要：剖析了快递服务供应链中牛鞭效应产生的原因,针对性地提出了缓解机制,包括全方位协同调度、信息共享、利用分配机制等以助快递业的协同发展。In this paper, we probed into the causes of the bullwhip effect in the express service supply chain and proposed the corresponding mitigating mechanism to help the synergetic development of the express industry,including the omnibearing synergetic dispatching,the information sharing and the distribution mechanism utilization.
