血清鳞癌相关抗原、糖类抗原125表达与宫颈癌临床分期的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨宫颈鳞癌血清鳞癌相关抗原（SCC-Ag）及糖类抗原125（CA125）水平与临床病理参数的相关性。方法回顾性分析338例Ⅰ~Ⅳ期宫颈鳞癌患者的血清SCC-Ag及CA125水平,并对207例手术患者临床病理参数进行分析,探讨SCC-Ag及CA125表达水平与患者临床分期及病理参数之间的关系。结果 338例宫颈鳞癌患者中随着临床分期进展,SCC-Ag水平明显升高（P〈0.05）,对207例手术患者中临床病理参数进行分析,发现SCC-Ag随着肿瘤体积的增大（P〈0.05）、淋巴结转移（P〈0.05）和肌层受侵深度的增加（P〈0.05）,血清SCC-Ag值逐步升高,术后SCC-Ag水平明显下降（P〈0.05）,且SCC-Ag在髂总淋巴结转移组表达水平明显高于仅盆腔淋巴结组。而CA125与宫颈鳞状细胞癌临床进展无明显差异（P〉0.05）。结论血清SCC-Ag可作为临床判断宫颈鳞癌分期及临床病理特征的重要标志物。Objective To evaluate the association between expression of serum squamous cell carcinoma antigen （SCC - Ag） , carbohydrate antigen 125 （CA125） and cervical carcinoma stage. Methods The serum level of SCC - Ag and CA125 were retrospectively analyzed in the included 338 cases with stage of Ⅰ - Ⅳ cervical carcinoma. The association between serum level of SCC - Ag, CA125 207 and clinical pathology features were further analyzed in 207 cases who received surgery. Results The serum level of SCC - Ag was significantly increased with the development of clinical states in patients with squamous cell cervical carcinoma （P 〈 0. 05 ） . By analyzing the 207 cases who received surgery, we found that the serum level of SCC - Ag was significantly increased with the development of tumor volume （P 〈 0. 05 ） , lymph node metastasis （P 〈 0.05） and invasion （P 〈 0.05 ）. Meanwhile, after surgery, the serum level of SCC - Ag were significantly decreased compared to prior treatment （P 〈0.05）. The serum level of CA125 was not associated with the clinical stage （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Serum level of SCC -Ag can be an important bio -marker for the evaluation of clinical stages and pathology features of patients with squamous cervical carcinoma.
