摘　　要：《动物遗传学》课程是动物科学类专业重要的专业基础课程。动物遗传实验是动物遗传学课程教学不可或缺的关键环节,是学生理解和掌握遗传学基本理论和实验技术的主要途径。在分析该课程实验教学现状、存在问题的基础上,通过增加新的实验内容及手段,提高了教学效果和教学质量,为农业院校《动物遗传学》课程实验教学改革提供了经验。Animal Genetics is a key major basic course for students majored in Animal Science. The experiment of Animal Genetics is indispensable for the teaching of this course and the key way to understand and master the fundamental theory and experimental technology for students. On the basis of analyzing the current situation and problems in teaching, we provided a reference for other agricultural universities by adding new experiment contents and methods to prompt the teaching effect and aualitv.
