过继免疫细胞治疗对原发性肝癌患者免疫学指标的影响

摘　　要：目的分析过继免疫细胞治疗对原发肝癌患者免疫学指标的影响。方法选择在该院接受治疗的原发性肝癌患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将所有入组患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组接受常规介入治疗,观察者在常规介入治疗的基础上联合过继免疫细胞治疗。比较两组患者的免疫学指标以及T细胞亚群水平等差异。结果观察组患者接受过继免疫细胞治疗后的血清HIF-1α、VEGF、TNF-α含量均明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组患者接受过继免疫细胞治疗后的血清GPC3、AFP、IGF-Ⅰ、s Fas水平均明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组患者接受过继免疫细胞治疗后的CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平均明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论过继免疫细胞治疗可以有效降低肿瘤细胞恶性程度并抑制肿瘤血管新生,优化患者全身免疫功能。[ Objective ] To analyze the influence of adoptive cellular immunotherapy （ACI） on serum immune in- dexes of patients with hepatoeellular carcinoma. [Methods] Patients with hepatoeellular carcinoma in our hospital were chosen as research subjects and divided into observation group （50 cases） treated with adoptive cellular im- munotherapy and control group （50 cases） with interventional therapy according to stochastic indicator method. The serum immune indexes in both groups were compared. [Results] The serum hypoxia-indueible factor-lot （HIF-1α）, vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） and tumor necrosis factor oL （TNF-ct） content in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The serum glypican 3 （GPC3）, alpha-fetoprotein （AFP）, insulin-like growth factor-1 （IGF-1） and sFas levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The levels of CD3＋, CD4＋ and CD4＋/CD8＋ immune cells in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. [ Conclusions ] Adoptive cellular immunotherapy could effectively reduce the malignant degree of tumor cells, inhibit tumor angiogenesis and optimize systemic im- mune function.
