摘 要:用Solid Works对注塑机械手进行建模,通过有限元分析软件ANSYS对机械手最危险工况进行静力分析,得到其位移应力变化特性,并在此基础上对机械手模型进行拓扑优化。在满足刚度和强度的要求下,依据拓扑云图对机械手基座和主臂梁进行结构优化,通过优化设计,减少机械手30%的重量,降低机械手的生产成本。结果表明拓扑优化的机械手静力特性与拓扑前的机械手相比变化很小,符合要求,故这里为机械手的结构优化设计提供一种切实可行的优化方法,提高了工作效率并降低了成本和缩短了产品研发周期。The model of robot used for inject machine was built by soildworks, putting the most dangerous working conditions of robot for static analysis by the finite element analysis software of ANSYS, getting the stress and displacement variation characteristics and putting topology optimization on the robot model in this basis. Under the condition of meeting the request of stiffness and strength, according to the cloud of topology ,the base of robot and the main manipulator beam optimization is conducted. By the topology optimum design,itreduces 30% of the weight of the robot, declining the costs of robot's production. The results show that the robot static characteristics of topology optimization compared with the former robot is little changed, meeting the requirements of design criterion, providing a practical optimization methods in robot design process, improving the efficiency and reducing costs and shortening the product development cycle.
