摘　　要：通过对大学生创新训练项目实施全过程管理,可以保证项目成果质量,改进创新教学质量,提高项目经费投入效益。该文构建了大学生创新训练项目全过程管理模式,从组织与职责、资源管理、项目实施、总结与改进4个方面重点阐述了大学生创新训练项目的全过程管理。中国矿业大学(北京)的实践证明该模式具有显著的实践运用效果。College schools can guarantee the quality of program results,improve the quality of innovative teaching and enhance the efficiency of the program funding by implementing whole process management in college students＇ innovative training program.The mode of whole process management in college students＇ innovative training program is built,which is emphasized from four aspects,namely,the organization and responsibility,the resource management,the program implementation,and the summary and improvement.The practice of China University of Mining Technology（Beijing）has proved the significant practical application effect of the mode.
