摘　　要：调研了交通行业对道路桥梁与渡河工程专业人才的素质及能力等方面的要求,分析了道桥专业实践教学中存在的问题,如教学内容针对性不强、时间安排不合理、方法手段单一和评价体系不健全等。从工程实践对专业能力的要求出发,通过精选实践教学内容、甄选核心工程能力和改革实践教学考核评价体系等措施,着重培养学生的核心工程能力,提升了道桥专业实践教学的效果,提高了学生的工程实践能力。This paper investigates the requirements for the quality and capability of Road,Bridge and River-Crossing Engineering talents in the transportation industry,and analyzes such problems existing in practical teaching of this major as the unfocused teaching content,unreasonable schedule,sole methods and means of teaching,unsound evaluation system,etc.Based on the professional requirements of engineering practice,through carefully selecting practical teaching contents and the core engineering capabilities,the reformed practical teaching,evaluation system reform and other measures,and through training students＇ engineering capabilities,thus the practical teaching effectiveness can be enhanced and the students＇ practical capabilities can also be improved.
