摘　　要：教材作为院校教育内容及教学方法的载体,其质量直接影响学员对于所学知识的掌握程度,教材建设是教学改革的重要内容和先行军,对教学改革工程起到引领作用,是全面提升人才培养质量的突破口。从飞行学员任职需要出发分析了现用的飞行学员大学物理实验教材存在的问题,论述了新编教材的建设方向,包括应遵循的原则、体系结构、风格特色及主要内容。The teaching material is the carrier of the content and methods for education,whose quality directly affects the degree of students to master the knowledge.The construction of teaching materials is the important content and the first army,and plays a leading role in teaching reform,which is the breakthrough of enchancing the quality.Starting from the post needs,this article analyses the problems in precent textbooks of University Phycics Experiment for flight students,discusses the construction direction of new materials,including the principles to be followed,system structure,style characteristics and main contents.
