摘  要:使用氢气发生器取代氢气瓶、氮气瓶作为载气源,乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、乙酸戊酯等酯系物取代苯系物作为分离物,对传统气相色谱本科教学实验进行改进、优化,找到最佳色谱柱温、进样口温度、检测器温度、桥电流量程和进样量,提高实验的稳定性、准确度,为改进本科实验教学,建立绿色化学、节能环保的实验室提供新思路。The hydrogen generator is used to replace the hydrogen cylinders,a nitrogen bottle is as the carrier gas source,and ethyl acetate,butyl acetate,amyl acetateester compounds substitute benzenes as isolation.The traditional gas chromatography in undergraduate teaching experiments is improved to optimize the column temperature and detector temperature,inlet temperature,bridge current range and sample size and find the best chromatographic column temperatures(80 ℃,100 ℃,120 ℃),the inlet temperature(150 ℃),the detector temperature(150 ℃),bridge the current range 40 mA and sample volume(0.4μL),which can improve the stability and accuracy,stimulate the students' interest in learning,enhance the learning effect of experimental teaching,and advocate the fashion teaching idea.As the improvement of undergraduate teaching experiment,it provides the new idea of establishing the laboratory of green chemistry,energy conservation and environmental protection.
