关于提高高校化学品突发事件应急能力的探讨

摘　　要：结合高校实验室所涉危险化学品的特点及其管理现状,从明确安全职责、落实制度建设、加强应急管理,拓展教育形式、加强安全教育、组织应急演练、提高应急能力,以及加大安全投入、规范化学品管理、配备个人防护用品及应急救援物资、建立隐患排查整改长效机制等方面,对提高应对突发实验室危险化学品事件能力进行了探讨,并强调了提高应对突发化学品事件能力对保障师生生命安全、维护校园稳定的重要意义。Combining the characteristics and management status of hazardous chemical in laboratories in colleges and universities,it was discussed that how to improve the emergency response capability of hazardous chemical accidents,from the aspects of clearing the safety responsibilities,implementing regulation construction,strengthening emergency management,expanding education form,strengthening safety education,organizing emergency drills,improving emergency response capability,increasing safety investment,regulating chemical management,providing personal protection articles and emergency supplies,and establishing the longeffect mechanism of hidden dangers investigation and rectification.The importance of improving emergency ability of hazardous chemical accidents is emphasized,which plays an important role in protecting the safety of students and teachers and keeping stability of campus.
