摘　　要：随着经济水平的迅速提高,我国的体育事业也发展到了历史性的新高度。与竞技体育所获优秀成绩不协调的现象却时有发生,运动员职业道德失范现象层出不穷,这从根本上体现了我国运动员体育职业精神的缺失。介绍了体育职业精神在运动员个人职业成长等方面的重要作用,提出我国运动员的体育职业精神水平整体偏低。体育职业精神的培养应从青少年运动员抓起,并应将培养青少年运动员的"三观"、艰苦奋斗的意志、现代体育礼仪和社会责任感作为重点,从文化教育、精神陶冶、树立榜样等途径同时进行。With the rapid improvement of economy, China＇ s sports undertakings have developed to historic new level. However, some uncoordinated phenomenon occurred with excellent results, reflecting the lack of athletes＇ professionalism. In this paper, the author started from the important role of sports professionalism in athletes＇ personal and professional development, analyzed the factors that caused athletes＇ low level of sports professionalism and proposed that it is important to cultivate adolescent athletes＇ sport professionalism, laying emphasis on ＂Three Essential Values＂, hard-working will, modern sports etiquette and social responsibility. Meanwhile, other means, such as culture education, cultivation of spirit and setting example, should be carried out.
