摘 要:以纯铜片为基材,利用复合电镀法制得具有疏水性的Cu-PTFE(聚四氟乙烯)复合电极,并用作阴极应用于香兰素电还原制备香草醇。实验中分别测定了香兰素乙醇水溶液中Cu-PTFE复合电极的循环伏安、交流阻抗和Tafel极化曲线等电化学参数。结果表明,香兰素电还原制备香草醇的转化率为87.23%,电流效率为43.62%。通过对电化学行为研究的结果进行推测,香兰素在Cu-PTFE复合电极上的电极反应可能受到电子传递控制,可用RS(CCQ(CdlRct)RC)等效电路模拟复合电极/溶液界面的电化学行为。The hydrophobic Cu-polytetrafluoroethylene ( Cu-PTFE) composite electrode was prepared by composite electroplating using copper as substrate.The utilization of the hydrophobic composite electrode in electroreduction from vanillin to vanilla alcohol was studied by the approach of organic electrosynthesis.The cyclic voltammetry ( CV) , Tafel polarization curve, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy ( EIS) of the composite electrode in the vanillin electrolyte were measured.The results showed that the ratio of conversion of electrochemical reduction of vanillin on Cu-PTFE composite electrode was up to 87.23% and the current efficiency was 43.62%.In addition, the investigation of electroreduction behavior showed that the electrochemical reduction from vanillin to vanilla alcohol on the composite electrode would be controlled by electron transfer process, and RS ( CC Q ( Cdl Rct ) RC ) of the equivalent circuit was suggested.
