摘　　要：介绍了有机化学精品资源共享课建设中关于教学团队的构建、课程教学内容体系的优化及网络平台的建设等方面的做法与体会。表明建设精品资源共享课的关键是要有一支知识结构、年龄结构、职称结构合理、人员稳定、教学水平高、教学效果好、责任感强和团队精神好的师资队伍。The organic chemical products in the construction of resource sharing lessons, such as the construction of teaching team, optimization of the teaching content system and practice and experience of the construction of network platform, were introduced.Lesson showed that construction quality resource sharing was the key to have a reasonable knowledge structure, age structure, title structure, personnel stability, high teaching level and teaching effect was good, with a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, good teachers.
