摘 要:针对深圳机场扩建工程,将分层劈裂注浆用于机场扩建工程中特殊区域的淤泥层地基加固,解决了扩建场道与既有场道衔接段等飞行控制区地基处理时施工时间短、施工机械高度受限等问题。结合工程应用实例,验算了劈裂注浆加固淤泥软土地基的工后沉降量;经分析加固效果检验数据,确定淤泥软土层经分层劈裂注浆加固后,土的性质得到有效改善;证明了劈裂注浆在机场场道扩建工程软土地基加固的适用性。For the project of Shenzhen Airport extension, layered fracture grouting was used for the reinforcement of sludge foundation in the special area, which was the resolution for the short construction time and limited height of construction machine in the foundation treatment for the flight control areas, such as the section linking up the extended and existing roads. Combined with project cases, the paper calculated the post- construction settlement of the silty soft soil foundation reinforced by fracture grouting. Through analysis of the testing data of the reinforcement effect, it is validated that the silty soft ground, after reinforced by fracture grouting, has improved soil properties. Therefore the feasibility of fracture grouting in reinforcement of soft soil foundation in the project of airport road extension, was proved.
