Survivin蛋白表达在小细胞肺癌诊断及其预后中的意义

摘　　要：【目的】探讨Survivin蛋白表达在小细胞肺癌（SCLC）诊断及预后中的临床意义。【方法】采用免疫组化方法（SP法），检测64例无远处转移SCLC组织和20例正常肺标本中Survivin蛋白的表达，并对结果进行相关分析。【结果】64例SCLC中有46例（71．9％）表达Survivin，其阳性率显著高于正常组（P〈0．001）；Survivin蛋白表达与TNM分期、淋巴结转移与否密切相关（P〈0．05），而与患者性别、年龄、吸烟与否、VALG分期、不同肿瘤直径及肿瘤部位无明显相关性（P〉0．05）；Survivin蛋白表达阴性组患者的中位无进展生存期和总生存期均优于阳性组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。【结论】Survivin蛋白在SCLC组织中的表达与病情进展和恶性程度相关，对其发生、发展起促进作用，对SCLC诊断及预后有重要意义。[Objective] To explore the diagnosis and prognosis of Survivin protein expression in small cell lung cancer （SCLC）. [Methods] Using immunohistochemistry（SP method）, 64 cases without distant SCLC metastases group and 20 cases of normal lung specimens in the expression of Survivin protein, and the results are analyzed. [Results] Among them, SCLC in 46 cases （71.9 %） had an expression of Survivin. And the positive rate was significantly higher than that of normal group （ P 〈0. 001） ; Survivin protein expression was closely correlated with TNM stage, lymph node metastasis or not （ P d0.05）. Aand patient gender, age, smoking status, VALG stage, tumor diameter and different parts had no obvious correlation （ P 〉0.05）; Survivin protein expression negative group had a median progression-free survival and overall survival superior to those positive group. And the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Associated with disease progression, malignant degree of its occurrence and development, Survivin protein expression has important significance for diagnosis and prognosis of SCLC.
