激素联合^90Sr敷贴治疗皮肤血管瘤的疗效观察

摘　　要：【目的】探讨激素联合^90Sr敷贴治疗皮肤血管瘤的疗效。【方法】选取皮肤血管瘤患者90例，将患者随机分为三组，每组30例，A组采用^90Sr敷贴治疗；B组采用激素治疗；C组采用^90Sr敷贴联合激素治疗。比较三组疗效、不良反应。【结果】C组总有效率显著高于A组、B组，而A组显著高于B组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；C组各个年龄段患者的治疗有效率最高，且年龄越小，疗效更佳，三组均无明显不良反应，无需特殊处理，停药或停治疗后症状消失。【结论】在临床上激素联合^90Sr敷贴治疗皮肤血管瘤疗效好，不良反应少，值得在临床上推广使用。[Objective] To explore the clinical efficacy of hormone plus ^90 Strontium （^90 Sr） sticking patch for skin hemangioma. [Methods] From January 2012 to October 2014, a total of 90 patients with cutaneous hemangioma were randomly divided into groups A, B and C （ n =30 each）. Group A received ^90Sr sticking patch, group B hormone and group C both. And efficacies and adverse reactions of three groups were compared. [Results] ^90Sr applicator combined hormone therapy in patients with skin tumor blood vessels, the patients family satisfaction than other groups better （ P 〈0.01）. The application of ^90St plus hormone had the highest efficiency for hemangioma patients of all ages （ P 〈0.01）. The major adverse reactions of hormone therapy included weight gain, moon face and puffiness. And the adverse reactions of ^90Sr were hair loss, pigmentation and moist rash. [Conclusion] Hormone plus ^90Sr sticking patch are efficacious for skin hemangioma. With fewer adverse reactions, it is worth wider popularization.
