全球千年发展妇幼健康目标的差距与实现

摘　　要：妇女和儿童健康作为改善人群健康的核心,是全球健康的重点领域和改善全球健康不公平的关键。2000年联合国千年首脑会议上,189个国家首脑共同签署了《联合国千年宣言》,力争到2015年实现8个千年发展目标。从世界范围内来看,与妇幼健康相关的千年发展目标4和目标5虽取得了一定进展,但从全球来看,无法按期完成全部目标已成定局。为2015年后继续推进改善全球妇女和儿童健康目标,对全球千年发展妇幼健康目标的差距和实现情况进行总结和经验分析。Women＇s and children＇s health, as one of the major issues of global health, is essential to improve population health and also the key to eliminate health inequity worldwide. In Millennium Summit of the United Nations in 2000, the United Nations Millennium Declaration was signed by the presidents of 198 countries, aiming at achieving millennium development goals by the year of 2015. On a global basis, the millennium development goals of article four and five associating with women＇s and children＇s health have been achieved in some countries but will not very well be accomplished he on time worldwide. This article analyzed the gaps between reality and the millennium development goals, as well as the current experiences and lessons we need to learn in order to improve women＇s and children＇s health after the year of 2015.
