摘 要:对TB4材料试件进行铣削加工去除材料,在被加工表面会产生随深度变化的内应力。为了测量加工引起的表面内应力,通过对试件的应力层进行腐蚀剥层,并用激光位移传感器测量此过程中试件挠度的变化。根据弯矩与挠度的关系最终计算得到铣削加工引起的表面内应力在退火前后随深度变化的分布情况。最终发现退火处理能减小原表面内应力80%左右。为预测表面内应力所引起的复杂试件的变形量,根据试件的实际尺寸和形状建立有限元模型,并根据所测得的随深度变化的表面内应力给模型分层施加,最终算得试件的变形,其结果表明在精度要求较高的场合,未退火状态的表面内应力所引起的薄壁弱刚性试件的变形量不容忽视,而退火后的表面内应力显著减小了试件的变形量。Flank milling was used to machine TB4 parts, and there milling in the superficial layer of the parts. As to measure were removed gradually and the changes of part' bending would be high residual stresses generated by the surface residual stresses, the stress layers deflections were also measured with laser dis- placement sensor. Based on the relationship between the bending deflections and the bending moment, the stress values before and after annealing treated were calculated out at last. And it can be found that the annealing treatment can remove 80% of the surface residual stresses. As to predict the deformations of the gimbal parts, the FEM model was created according to the real part, and was split in accordance with the depth of each removed layer, the measured residual stresses were loaded to the model and the deformations were calculated out at last. The results show the deformations of the gimbal parts caused by residual stresses in unannealed state can't be neglected, but the deformations caused by residual stres- ses in annealed state were much smaller.
