摘  要:针对某款SUV在20~30km/h速度行驶时车内11~14Hz的低频噪声,利用小波分析数据得出传动轴旋转振动引起中间支撑共振而产生噪声。根据振动隔离理论提出增加中间支撑径向刚度及降低中间支撑悬置承受质量2个方案,对比论证后,选择最优方案,在车内消除低频噪声的同时使传动轴1阶噪声整体下降5dB。Aimed at the problem that interior low fi'equeney noise is within 11-14 Hz when SUV is driving in the speed range of 20-30 kin/h, it is found that propeller shaft rotation causes resonanee of middle crossbeam to create the noise using wavelet analysis. This paper proposed two solutions for lowering this noise based on vibration isolation theory, strengthening the middle crossbea,n in redial direction and reducing the suspension loads. The optimum solution is selected after comparison, the better solution proved that interior low fi'equency noise is eliminated, at the same tilne the first order noise for the p,'opeller shaft fell dow'n 5 dB.
