摘　　要：原发性眼缺血性疾病是排除手术、外伤等继发因素,表现为眼部供血不足的一类疾病,并与高血压、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)、糖尿病等全身血管性疾病及颈动脉狭窄关系密切。随着生活水平的提高,此类疾病的发病率呈逐年升高的趋势。现代医学的发展使越来越多先进的仪器和治疗手段应用于原发性眼缺血性疾病的诊治,并取得了理想的效果。Primary ocular ischemic diseases,known as insufficient blood supply for eyes,excluding the casue of surgery,trauma and other secondary factors,are closely related to the carotid artery stenosis as well as hypertension,coronary heart disease,and diabetes.With the improvement of living standards,the incidence of these diseases is rising year by year.The development of modern medical science results in the application of advanced instrument and treatments in the diagnosis and treatment of primary ocular ischemic diseases, with ideal effect.
