桂枝芍药知母汤方证辨析

摘　　要：桂枝芍药知母汤出自《金匮要略·历节病》篇,是千百年来治疗痹证的一首有效方剂。该文以仲景《金匮》原文为基础,并结合后世注家的注解及临床实际,着重从条文主治症中分析本证的确切病机,从方药组成中探讨本方的组方特点,以期还原仲圣桂枝芍药知母汤证本义,并指导临床实践。Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction comes from Synopsis of Golden Chamber, an effective prescription using for treating Bi syndrome. In this article, based on the original article of ZHANG Zhongjing, the exact pathological mechanism of this decoction syndrome was analyzed from the clinical description, the formula features of this prescription was explored from its composed herbs. The research was expected to restore the original idea of Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction, guiding clinical praetice.
