摘　　要：目的：采用高效液相色谱法测定脑血栓片中阿魏酸的含量。方法：采用KromasilC18（4．6mm×250ram，5btm）色谱柱；以甲醇-2％醋酸溶液（20：80）为流动相；流速：1．OmL／min；检测波长入-323nm；柱温：28℃。结果：阿魏酸线性范围为10．05～201．00μg／mL（r=0．9995），平均回收率为99．27％，RSD为1．2％（n=6）。结论：该方法简便、准确、重复性好，可用于脑血栓片的质量控制。Objective：To develop a HPLC method for the determination of ferulic acid in Naoxueshuan table. Methods：The sepa- ration was performed at 28μ on a Kromasil C18 column（4.6mmX250mm,5μm） with a mobile phase of methanol--2 % acetic acid（18 82） ; The flow rate was 1.0mL/min , and the detecting wavelength was set at 323nm;Results： The linear rang of Schisandrin was from 10.05 ~ 201.00/lg/mLo The average recovery of Schisandrin was 99.27%, RSD was 1.2 % （n = 6） Conclusion ： The method is simple and can aceuraate with good reproducibility,It can be used for quality control of Naoxueshuan table.
