摘　　要：分析了构建基于云计算物流服务平台的必要性,从现有实践操作和理论研究两方面论证其可行性。通过引入服务等级协议和SOA的Qo S属性,提出了以服务为核心、注重业务流程管理和流程绩效管理的云计算物流服务平台构架,并简要分析了影响其发展的关键技术。In this paper, we analyzed the necessity of the establishment of the cloud-computation based logistics service platform, then expounded its feasibility on the practical and theoretical aspects, then through introducing the service grade protocol and the QoS attribute of the SOA, proposed the architecture of the platform which was service-oriented and focused on business process management and process performance management, and at the end, introduced briefly the key technical factors influencing its development.
