摘  要:目的:通过对肝细胞生长因子(hepatocyte growth factor,HGF)、C-Met、CD1a在舌鳞癌(tongue squamous cell carcinoma,TSCC)、舌癌前病变及舌正常组织中表达的研究,探讨在舌鳞癌中HGF/C-Met信号通路对CD1a阳性树突状细胞(dendritic cells,DC)的影响。方法:随机选取30例舌鳞癌、10例舌癌前病变及10例舌正常组织的石蜡标本,应用免疫组织化学SP法检测舌鳞癌、舌癌前病变及舌正常组织中HGF、C-Met及DC标志物CD1a的表达并分析其相互关系。采用SPSS 13.0软件包对数据进行秩转换的非参数检验以及Spearman等级相关分析。结果:HGF、CMet和CD1a在舌鳞癌中的表达水平较舌癌前病变和舌正常组织高(P均<0.01);在舌鳞癌中,C-Met的表达水平与CD1a的表达水平呈负相关(rs=-3.769)。结论 :舌鳞癌患者局部微环境中存在一定的免疫反应,HGF/C-Met信号通路可抑制DC对舌鳞癌组织的浸润。PURPOSE: To explore the expression and the regulating role of HGF/C-Met pathway on dendritic cells(DC) in squamous cell carcinoma of oral tongue by analyzing the immunohistochemical characteristics. METHODS:Immunohistochemical methods were used to investigate the expression patterns of HGF, C-Met and CD1 a in 30 patients with tongue squamous cell carcinoma(TSCC), ten samples of precancerous tongue lesions and 10 samples of normal tongue tissues by analyzing the immunohistochemical characteristics, and assess the correlations between these proteins, using rank transformation nonparametric test and Spearman correlation analysis with SPSS 13.0 software package. RESULTS: The positive rates of HGF, C-Met, and CD1a+DC in tumor tissue was significantly higher than that in precancerous and normal tissues(P0.01). There was a negative correlation between C-Met and CD1a(rs=-3.769) in TSCC. CONCLUSIONS: There is a certain immune responses in patients with TSCC; The HGF/ C-Met pathway may play an immunosuppressive role in TSCC by inhibiting the infiltration of DC.
