摘　　要：运用因素分析法,结合A物流公司财务风险现状,从A物流公司筹资风险、投资风险、资金回收风险等角度对其风险因素进行探讨,并对A物流公司财务风险管理面临的困境进行分析,并结合A物流公司财务风险管理实际需要提出相应的对策。In this paper, in view of the financial risk status of the logistics enterprise A, we applied the factor analysis method to discuss its financing risk,investment risk and capital recovery risk. By analyzing its financial risk management predicament, we proposed corresponding countermeasures in accordance with the actual demand.
