糖皮质激素治疗角膜异物剔除术后角膜水肿的疗效及安全性观察

摘　　要：目的探讨糖皮质激素治疗角膜异物剔除术后角膜水肿的疗效和安全性。方法选取2013年3月至2014年6月在我院门诊角膜异物剔除术后角膜水肿患者84例(84只眼),随机分为治疗组和对照组,各42例(42只眼),治疗组用妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液治疗,对照组用妥布霉素滴眼液治疗,观察两组角膜水肿消退时间及角膜伤口修复时间。结果角膜水肿消退时间治疗组较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),角膜上皮修复时间治疗组和对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论糖皮质激素可以缩短角膜异物剔除术后角膜水肿时间,且不会延迟角膜上皮修复。Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of glucocorticoid in the treatment for corneal edema after extraction of corneal foreign body.Methods Eighty-four patients （84 eyes） with corneal edema after extraction of corneal foreign body visited our clinic between March 2013 and June 2014 were involved in this study.Patients were ran-domly divided into the treatment group and control group （each group had 42 patients, 42 eyes）.Patients in treatment group were treated with tobramycin and dexamethasone ophthalmic suspension.The control group was treated with tobramy-cin eye drops alone.The duration of corneal edema and the healing time were measured.Results The duration of corneal edema was shorter in treatment group than in control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）. The difference in healing time between the two groups showed no significance （ P 〉0.05） .Conclusion Glucocorticoids can reduce the duration of corneal edema after extraction of corneal foreign body without delaying corneal epithelial repair.
