摘　　要：道家自然哲学生态伦理的逻辑界定涉及到古学与三代之学的词源演化,其核心词汇是"道法自然"、"道生自然"。"道学"在汉唐史学和宋明理学中都有发展,构成了中国生态型社会的梦想。今天,自然哲学生态社会成为"中国梦"的核心价值。现代社会中讨论"道法自然"与现代环境法的独立性,讨论"道生自然"与现代自然资源法的协同统一化,都确立了"道"的自然哲学模型以及生态伦理法理。"道学"研究也是基于自然社会一体化以及生态伦理交互性而来。道学讨论现代生态保护的持续开发和生态维护的荒野价值策略,这两者都是当今生态伦理研究的热点,成为挖掘道家自然哲学新的生态伦理突破口,显示了道家在哲学伦理研究领域发挥其大生态文化复兴的和平崛起的民族国家伦理价值。There are three generations of the etymological evolution of the Taoist natural philosophy which related to the logic and define of Ecological ethics, the core vocabulary is ＂imitation of nature＂,＂ Dawson nature＂. ＂Neo Confucianism＂ in the Han and Tang Dynasties and the history of Neo Confu- cianism have development, constitute the Chinese ecological society dream. Today, the ecological society of natural philosophy became the core value of ＂Chinese dream＂. In modern society, discuss the independence of ＂imitation of nature＂ and the modern environment law, and discuss ＂natural＂ and modern natural resources law of oneness, have established the ＂Tao＂ of natural philosophy model and ecological ethics theory. ＂Daoism＂ study is based on natural and social integration and interaction and ecological ethics. Daoism to discuss modern ecological protection of sustainable development and eco- logical protection of wilderness value strategies, both of which are the focus of today~ ecological ethics research, become mining Taoist natural philosophy new ecological ethics breakthrough, showing the Taoism in the field of philosophy ethics play the ecological cultural renaissance of the peaceful rise of national ethics value.
