摘　　要：民营经济发展会受到多种外部影响因素制约,借助波特"钻石模型"及其拓展研究,分别选取总体环境、政府政策、要素供应、市场条件以及社会化服务等变量研究分析制约安徽民营经济的外部影响因素,以期对影响安徽民营经济健康快速发展的外部影响因素有较为全面的分析,为化解这些制约因素提供基础性资料。The development of private economy will be constrained by a variety of external factors, the paper by means of Potter ＂diamond model＂ and its expansion, were selected overall environment, government policy, elements of supply, market conditions and social services research and analysis of variables such as restricting Anhui external factors affecting the private economy, with a view of the impact of external factors Anhui healthy and rapid development of the private economy has a more comprehensive analysis, to provide basic information to resolve these constraints.
