基于教育信息化的应用型创新人才培养模式研究

摘　　要：信息技术在教学实践中的广泛应用促进了高校应用型创新人才的培养,培养应用型创新人才需要依托技术体系化地设计人才培养模式。OAM人才培养模式是多维培养体系,包括:设计培养目标(Objectives),建设多元的培养途径(Approaches),应用组合的教学方法(Methods)三个维度。基于教育信息化的应用型创新人才OAM培养模式,将先进的信息技术和互联网思维应用于多维的人才培养体系中,对于培养应用型创新人才有着重要意义。The wide application of information technology in teaching practices has promoted the cultivation of practical and innovative talents in colleges. Training the practical and innovative students need to apply advanced teaching technology to systematically design the personnel training mode. The article designs an OAM training mode,it includes training objectives,training approaches and teaching methods. The practical and innovative tal-ents’ OAM training mode,based on education informationization,applied information and Internet technology to the multi-dimensional talent training system,it has important significance for training the practical and innovative talents.
