尤瑞克林联合法舒地尔治疗高危性短暂性脑缺血发作的近期效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨尤瑞克林联合法舒地尔治疗高危性短暂性脑缺血发作（TIA）的近期效果。方法选取2014年2月~2015年2月在我院神经内科治疗的90例高危性TIA患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组采用尤瑞克林治疗,观察组采用尤瑞克林联合法舒地尔治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、凝血功能、早期脑卒中风险及不良反应。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组活化部分凝血活酶时间及血小板计数显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;根据ABCD2评分,观察组早期脑卒中风险评级显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组头痛、心慌、面部潮红等不良反应发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论尤瑞克林联合法舒地尔治疗高危性TIA的近期效果显著,能有效改善患者脑部血流,降低脑卒中风险,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the recent effect of urinary kallidinogenase combined with fasudil in the treatment of high-risk sexual transient ischemic attack （TIA）. Methods 90 patients with high-risk sexual TIA in department of neurology of our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were selected and evenly divided into observation group and control group in random.Control group was treated with urinary kallidinogenase,while observation group was treated with urinary kallidinogenase combined with fasudil.Treatment effect,coagulation function,risk of early stroke and adverse between two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in observation group was 93.33%,significantly higher than 77.78% in control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Activated partial thromboplastin time and platelet count count in observation group was significantly lower than that of control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.according to ABCD2 score,risk rating of early stroke in observation group was significantly lower than that of con-trol group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of adverse reaction （headache,get alarmed,facial flushing and so on） in observation group was compared with that in control group,the difference was not significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Urinary kallidinogenase combined with fasudil high-risk sexual TIA has significant recent effect,and can effectively improve brain blood flow and reduce the risk of stroke with higher usage security.It s worthy of clinic application.
