摘  要:今天的人们很难想象20多年前的中国经济众相。公有制与配给制大行其道,私有制尚未被充分认可。在工程机械行业,国有流通渠道肩负着物资流通的全部责任。充斥着公章的计划书与铁一般纪律的流通方式就是对它们最好的写照。经济短缺更使它们有条件成为衙门式的经济要害部门,顾客需求与顾客服务与他们全然无关……With the cyclical change of China domestic construction machinery market, dealers have experienced reveries as well as deadly blows in the past few years when rapid growth, irrational expansion and sharp decline unprecedentedly occurred. It's regrettably true that all of the bold market strategies China dealers ever tried have stumbled and failed to figure out a right path and methodology for sustainable growth, for they have not found the everlasting power in the internal management. Will it be the end of the road? Where lies the future for China dealership? Before answering this daunting question, we'd better take a moment and look back the past decade to see changes and challenges ever vexed them, because that could be the decisive factors to influence their future development.
