摘　　要：高职院校是职业性、实践性倾向明显的高等教育机构,在其中开展心理素质拓展对高职生心理素质具有提升作用。当前高职院校心理素质拓展在项目选择、师资队伍建设以及科研等三个方面存在一定的不足,应对措施可从心理素质拓展的全员化和专题化发展、以科研为支撑分阶段、分步骤进行,以及加大师资队伍建设力度等。The higher vocational college is the institutions of higher education of professional and practicalness. There are pro-motion effect by developing mental quality outward activities in polytechnic institute. The current problem is consist of projectselection,construction of teachers＂ team and scientific research. In order to deal with it, we can carry out three countermeasure The mental quality outward ought to cater to the whole staff and have its main topic at every turn, grade gradually base on thescientific research and increase faculty--building efforts.
