摘　　要：轮机工程专业面向船舶设计制造,其应用性较强。对其人才培养规格和人才培养模式进行研究,提出通过校企合作共同制定培养计划并进行课程体系的优化,根据最新技术的进展及行业的发展对专业教材内容进行更新,通过校外实习基地和校内实训中心建设,加强各个实践环节,注重学生创新实践能力的培养,实现校企合作的双赢。对轮机工程专业的教改实践证明,此模式具有较好应用效果。The research on talent standard and education pattern of marine engineering specialty which facing to ship design and manufacture is made. The education schemes are made and the curriculum system is optimized by industry--university cooperation. The teaching material is renewed according the new technology and the development of ship industry. The each practice segment is enhanced, and the students achieve independent innovation ability. This is advantageous to industry and university. The practice improved this education pattern is value to be spread.
