摘  要:MgB2超导股线具有40K的临界温度,制备比较容易,并且镁、硼是自然界丰富的元素,制造成本相对较低;但是Mg B2是非常脆的金属间化合物超导体,制造可弯和耐用的线材将面临巨大的挑战。在实际应用过程中,Mg B2超导股线不可避免地受到外力的作用,由于Mg B2力学性能较差,所以对Mg B2超导股线的临界性能及力学性能的研究具有重要的意义。目前在我国,宝胜集团有限公司为首家掌握千米级高性能多芯Mg B2超导线材工程化制备技术,并具备千米级Mg B2超导线材试生产能力的制造企业。文中主要研究内容为宝胜集团所研制的Mg B2超导股线的低温临界性能及力学性能,为以后的Mg B2超导股线的研制提供依据。MgB2 superconducting strand has 40K critical temperature performance and it is easy to be prepared. The Mg and B elements are rich in the natural world and the manufacture price is lower. But MgB2 superconducting strand is fragile and very sensitive to the strain. It has some challenge to manufacture good performance under the bending and axial strain. The MgB2 superconducting strand will suffer strain under the operate condition, due to mechanical property performance of MgB2 is poor, so it is important to do the research work on critical current and mechanical property performance research of MgB2 superconducting strand. Now, only Bao Sheng company masters the high performance MgB2 HTS wire engineering preparation technology and could manufacture the thousand high critical current performance MgB2 strand in China. In this paper, we researched the critical current and mechanical property performance of MgB2 superconducting strand made by Bao Sheng Company, which would support for the future development of MgB2 superconductor.
